Cancellation policy
In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Appointments cancelled/rescheduled less than 48 hours from the scheduled time are subject to our late cancel fee, which will be 50% of the cost of services.
This policy gives our stylists and facilitators time to fill their schedules and guarantee their bookings for the week. It also gives clients on our waitlist the opportunity to get in a little sooner!
No call - no shows will be charged 100% of the cost of service.
Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late for their appointment will be asked to reschedule so as to not set back the rest of the appointments of the day.
